Who we are and how we work

Valerie Foote is the director of Amici HR and has over 11 years' experience of working with complex, fast-moving businesses and unionised, multi-divisional public sector organisations. Recognised for quickly understanding business needs, providing strong leadership and delivering value across an entire organisation.

Well qualified, holding a Bachelors' degree in Education, MA in Managing Human Resources, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD). Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and in-depth experience of change management, developing people at work, team building, systems, people and processes.

Valerie is experienced in all aspects of organisational change and business transformation, individual, team and organisational development and facilitation.

Amici HR has a network of associate consultants with a broad range of specialist knowledge and professional experience. The benefit of this network is that it allows us to create unique project teams, custom-made to suit the assignment. This means that we can operate flexibly and cost effectively.
